So you have 981 things on your to-do list for the day, and you’re trying to keep it all together.
And you’re nailing it. You seriously are amazing.
And at the same time, you’re craving to kick back in your fuzzy slippers and chill out for just a tiny bit (or a lot a bit).
But you tell yourself…you can’t. That you don’t have time, and how will all the things get done?
So you keep doing all the things.
While at the same time, you are feeling exhausted, resentful, disconnected, and taking care of yourself feels like some far away dream that isn’t for you.
It’s impacting your relationship with your family, your partner, your friends, maybe your kids…and especially the relationship with yourself.
So where do you start?
How do you start to let go of the things, work on your relationship, and feel a little more joy and some room to breathe?
Is it self love?
What if all it takes is some counseling sessions with a no BS therapist, who’s got a good dose of humor, and some expertise to guide you and help you get results.
A cheerleader in your corner, and some serious methods that help you say “no,” that help you delegate, that help you let others know what you really need…
Without feeling like you’re being selfish.
Because is it really being selfish? Or is it self love?
To truly let others do some of the things, to take on some of what’s on your plate, to share that with you…
…is an act of self love.
So you can kick back for a hot minute, go for a walk, watch your favorite show, or take more than a two minute shower for once in your life.
You deserve it. And balance is possible.
I’ve been through this process in my own life, and I want to help YOU do the same. I’ve had long relationships that made me feel powerless, stuck, and lonely. They sucked the life out of me.
I can help you truly dig in, do the work, practice the methods outside of sessions, so you can actually get relief.
Boundary work, reshaping old beliefs, and a new way of self-talk that gives you complete permission to step into a life of sharing the plate with others, are exactly what we are going to work on.
So you can rest.
And actually enjoy your life and everything else that’s in it.
